Eonis Cibrian Pelayo (She/Her/Ella) is the Programs Manager for Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley (LCSV), where she will provide program leadership and contribute to the success of the organization's goals.Eonis was formerly the first Director of Community Relations and Advocacy at Community Services Agency (CSA), where she worked for six years. She was the founder of the department’s outreach and advocacy ten+ programs, which included overseeing the Community Resource Navigator Program, which she developed and launched in 2018 to empower community leaders to bridge the gap between vulnerable communities and critically needed services.
