Lisa Anna Dominguez is the Director of Education Programs at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley (HFSV), an organization that cultivates philanthropy and inspires Latinx families to reach personal greatness by providing resources directed towards educational excellence and leadership development. As Programs Manager, Lisa organizes the operation of all education initiatives including Latinos in Technology Scholarship, STEM Programming, Parent Engagement, and the Family College Success Center located in East San Jose.

Lisa was previously Program Outreach Manager at Scout from the University of California, where she connected educationally disadvantaged high school students to a high-quality online curriculum.

A graduate of UC Santa Cruz, Lisa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Politics in 2007, with an emphasis in political theory. She is currently an MBA candidate at the University of the People.

Lisa is a Fellow Graduate from the Latino Board Leadership Academy, Class IX. In her spare time, she is also an avid photographer and dance instructor, teaching lyrical, jazz technique styles to all ages.
