Victoria is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits. Prior to this role, Victoria was a Research and Policy Associate with Working Partnerships USA, supporting economic and workforce policy campaigns focused on increasing opportunities for underrepresented communities, and Communications Associate at Services, Immigrant Rights and Education Network (SIREN) supporting local, regional, and federal immigration communications strategies. She has also played vital communications roles on various local and regional progressive campaigns, including the 2016 winning $950M affordable housing bond campaign in Santa Clara County.
Victoria previously served as Vice-Chair on Santa Clara County’s Commission on the Status of Women, as well as on the executive boards for the California Young Democrats Latino Caucus and the Silicon Valley Young Democrats. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a focus on Mexican American Studies from San Jose State University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of San Francisco.
